How will you make an impact in this role?

Our TLS Servicing Strategy Analyst will act as an internal business consultant to support our servicing and operations business groups. Our primary goals are to enable superior customer experiences for our premium Card Members, drive efficiencies while reducing costs, and optimize our servicing configuration and offering across TLS markets.

  • You will be supporting these areas by identifying process improvement opportunities through applied leadership and innovation, where you will drive efforts to collect data, analyze for insights, develop proposals & recommendations for leadership, and deploy improvements to our systems & processes through strategy execution.
  • Projects will give exposure to multiple different business groups across the enterprise and across our TLS markets, coordinating with Technologies, Finance, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Brand.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to clearly and consistently communicate orally & in writing with superiors & peers
  • Adept at root cause and quantitative analysis using analytical skills
  • Understanding of continuous process improvement & problem-solving methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in teams
  • Results driven with the ability to lead projects & initiatives to completion
  • Proven ability to drive project implementation working with diverse customer groups
  • Knowledge & exposure using common IE software (such as Excel, SQL, etc)
  • Knowledge, exposure, or expertise in multiple IE topics, such as the following:
    • Sophisticated problem solving
    • Cost benefit analysis
    • Project management
    • Operations research
    • Quality control / statistical process control
    • Work/motion study
    • Process or value streaming mapping
Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the various TLS servicing channels
  • Business background and strong IE skillset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and be open-minded to learning new skills and adaptable to changes to workflow

Additional Details:

  • Location: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
  • Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home)
  • Work From Home Requirements:
    • Must have at least 25 mbps internet connection plan / speed
    • Must have a private & quiet area to work at home
