The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing budget and financial planning, managing financial and management reporting, mitigating risks, leading the finance team, securing funding, and enhancing financial systems. The role involves in managing Treasury, Inventory, and Financial Reports & Analysis, and supervising Payables, Receivables, Taxes & Transfers, and IT groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
  • Construct and analyze financial reports and feasibility studies.
  • Secure and manage loans for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Create and enhance systems within the division to ensure greater security and efficiency.
  • Apply risk management strategies for effective portfolio management.
  • Oversee the migration process from old accounting systems to new ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with various departments to align financial goals and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
  • Master’s Degree in Finance or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred.
  • At least 3 years of work experience as a Finance Head in residential or industrial real estate development.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze financial reports and feasibility studies.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure and manage loans for projects.
  • Expertise in creating and improving systems for enhanced security and efficiency.
  • Proficient in applying risk management strategies for portfolio management.
  • Knowledgeable in ERP systems with experience in facilitating the migration from old accounting systems to new ERP systems.
