Our USA-based E-commerce brand, Rapha Blends ( Upgrade to see actual info ) is looking for a remote customer support/relations manager. Your responsibilities will typically take up 2 - 4 hours/day, though this will vary as our company continues to grow. We need somebody who is flexible, and can check-in online every 2-3 hours from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m EDT, for 5 to 30 minutes at a time. What we require from you:
- Experience in a Customer Support role (preferably with experience in, or an understanding of E-commerce/Shopify)
- Excellent writing, reading, and speaking of the English language
- Self-management skills
- Communication skills
- Timely responsiveness

What the role includes:
- Managing/responding to our Facebook and Instagram comments and messages
- Responding to customer inquiries via Email support
- Creating returns, issuing refunds, creating orders, editing/cancelling subscriptions
- Gaining an understanding of our products and their benefits, how to use them, why they work, etc.
