Results We Expect:

  • Consistently produce 200-250 new leads , and qualify leads each week to meet your lead generation targets. Moving Targets based on KPIs worksheets for actuals
  • Ensure that within each target company, at least 3 leads are identified and qualified according to predefined criteria. Moving Targets based on KPIs worksheets for actuals
  • Successfully convert 25-40 leads into scheduled meetings with qualified leads on a monthly basis to support the sales pipeline. Moving Targets based on KPIs worksheets for actuals
  • Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that outlines the lead generation qualification process documentation can Process and Rules (PNR) as the company standard
  • Implement and maintain a system for bookmarking and qualifying leads, ensuring that prospects are categorized and managed effectively throughout the lead generation process
  • Update status of leads through various stages of the pipeline (stages like prospecting, qualification, meeting, proposal, closing) daily
  • Maintain a pipeline with a specific number of active leads weekly
  • Provide monthly reports on new industry trends and potential lead sources
  • Develop and propose new lead generation strategies based on market trends and performance data quarterly

Your Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our outsourcing services, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team
  • Engage prospects effectively to secure meetings with key decision-makers
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients who could benefit from our outsourcing services
  • Use various online tools, databases, and social media platforms to gather and verify prospect clients and key contacts
  • Verify key contacts and relevant information for efficient sales outreach
  • Assess relevant data to understand clients' needs and pain points, and provide recommendations to the Sales Lead/team
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting specific industries and regions
  • Share insights and feedback to improve lead generation processes and enhance overall sales effectiveness
  • Monitor and report on the status of leads, conversion rates, and other key metrics to ensure targets are being met and identify areas for improvement

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales lead generation, market research, or any similar roles
  • Proven track record of growing client pipelines
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Performs data hygiene to maintain accuracy of data
  • Experience in researching US-based/Canada-based or off-shore clients
  • Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
  • Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries
  • Experience in growing client base for Startups
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media outreach techniques
  • Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools
