Job Overview:
The Remote Material Orders and Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for managing and organizing all aspects of material procurement. This role involves ordering materials for each project, tracking their status, and updating the company’s CRM system with relevant information. You will also be responsible for scheduling material pickup or delivery and ensuring that everything aligns with the project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Material Ordering: Place material orders as requested by the project manager for each job, ensuring timely procurement of all necessary supplies.
CRM Management: Accurately input and update material order details into the company’s CRM system, including order status, delivery times, and costs.
Status Tracking: Regularly check on the status of material orders, ensuring they are on schedule for delivery or pickup.
Communication with Suppliers: Liaise with suppliers to confirm material availability, delivery times, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Calendar Updates: Update the company’s Google Calendar with material pickup or delivery dates and times, ensuring the project team is aware of when supplies will be available.
Inventory Monitoring: Track material usage and maintain records of inventory levels to prevent shortages or delays.
Problem-Solving: Proactively address any discrepancies in material orders, delayed shipments, or shortages, and communicate with the project manager to adjust plans if needed.
Qualifications:
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Previous experience in inventory management, purchasing, or related fields, preferably in the construction or painting industry.
Familiarity with using CRM systems and Google Calendar.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
