Business Development Associate Hybrid Setup

Adarna House is currently in need of a Business Development Associate.

Responsibilities

The position reports to the Business Development Manager and will be responsible for generating sales and developing business partnerships. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Contributing to the overall sales targets of the company by visiting clients and building business relationships
• Creating and implementing different promotional strategies
• Handling sales order placements and other customer requirements.
• Handling inquiries, issues, and concerns of clients.
• Assisting in implementing sales activities and literacy programs.
• Supporting customer service, marketing, and other departments in delivering quality products and services through bookstore partners and e-commerce platforms
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• A sense of country and commitment to advocating reading and literacy improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Internet savvy and with excellent business writing skills in both English and Filipino
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• Self-starter and works with minimal supervision
• Highly organized and with good time-management skills
• Works well with a team
