Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented marketing assistant to help manage and format client content. You will be responsible for handling markdown formatting, proofreading, and light editing of various content pieces before submitting them for final client approval. You will also be working in a remote desktop environment that we will provide.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage client content files and apply markdown formatting
Proofread and audit content for grammar, spelling, and formatting accuracy
Light editing to ensure content follows brand and client guidelines
Organize and manage content files in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Collaborate with the team to ensure quick turnaround times on projects
Submit content to clients for final review and approval
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:
Technical knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
Proficiency in markdown formatting
Excellent proofreading and light editing skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality work under time pressure
Own hardware with reliable internet connection
Must be able to work in the remote desktop environment we provide due to insurance requirements
Familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI is a plus but not required
