We're looking for a versatile individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient
in handling a wide array of tasks, from content creation, social media management to collaborative share threads and
backend help.

What you'll do:

Build and update posts within WordPress, ensuring adherence to our brand guidelines and comment moderation.
Strategically prepare and schedule social media content.
Actively manage real-time social media engagement.
Updating and maintaining a backlog of content and documents when directed.

Skills needed:
Experience with Google Docs and Sheets.
Experience with WordPress
High-quality written English skills.
A great eye for detail.
Be a keen and quick learner.
Self-motivated.
Positive, no excuse attitude.
Good communication skills.

Consider the first week a trial training period to test the workflow and see how we work together. This
time is paid.
The job is Monday to Friday and starts at $4/hour. This is a part-time schedule at 25 hours a week with the possibility of a full-time schedule.
You may choose your best working hours, but I need a few hours a couple of times a week at minimum when you can
overlap with GMT-4 time, and we can communicate directly without delay.

How to apply: Please note that you will not be considered if you don't follow these directions.

1. At the top of your message, add a link to your CV or resume and a bullet list of blogs you’ve
managed and the corresponding time frame you were employed for.
2. Follow with 2-3 sentences about why you would like this position and why you are a good fit. Do not
write more than that.
3. Finish with a final paragraph detailing your availability and how you think you can best help me.
4. Your message will be immediately archived if it contains low-quality AI-generated text.
5. Include the word spices in all caps at the end of your subject line.

Thank you for your interest. I look forward to welcoming the right person to the team.
