We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Thumbnail Editor to join our growing YouTube team! As we release 4 videos per week, each video will require 2-3 versions of the thumbnail, making your role a key part of attracting viewers and ensuring our content reaches its full potential.

Your key responsibilities will include designing 2-3 thumbnail variations per video for 4 videos weekly, creating engaging and eye-catching designs that align with the brand and video content, and working closely with the content team to understand the video themes while optimizing designs for a high click-through rate (CTR). You will need to stay up-to-date with thumbnail trends and strategies to maximize video performance. Managing multiple projects at a time and delivering on tight deadlines will also be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, preferably in creating YouTube thumbnails or similar digital marketing assets, along with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools. A strong understanding of YouTube’s audience and the importance of an attention-grabbing thumbnail is key. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to feedback, and strong creative problem-solving skills are required. Excellent communication skills in English are a must, and a passion for staying ahead of design trends is highly valued.
