Ads Creative Manager

Dear Creative Designers,

As our Dropshipping business is gearing up to hit 8 figures this year, we are expanding our team and looking for a talented Creative Designer with experience in designing engaging ads for e-commerce products. This is a long-term opportunity, and we’re seeking someone who is both skilled in the creative process and highly effective in communication. Please answer the following questions if you’re interested:
1. Do you have experience working with Canva and CapCut?
2. Have you created ads for e-commerce products before?
3. Are you comfortable preparing visual content to be used in social media ads?
4. Do you have experience with Trello for workflow management?
5. Have you used Slack for communication?
6. Are you available for 6-8 hours per day, 5-6 days a week?
7. As a Creative Designer, you should have:
8. Strong skills in Canva and CapCut (Must!)
9. Experience creating visual ads for e-commerce (Must!)
10.Excellent communication skills (Must!)
11.Experience with Adspy, Ecomhunt, and product research (preferred)
12. Familiarity with managing workflows through Trello or similar tools (Must!)
13. Experience using different communication platforms, especially Slack

Your responsibilities will include:
Creating 10 product ads per day using Canva and CapCut for our social media platforms
Collaborating and communicating with tea m me mbers involved in the creative process
Ensuring timelines are met and there are no delays in launching ads
Updating Google Sheets with product details and following provided guidelines
You’ll be provided with step-by-step workflows, career growth opportunities, and video training to ensure your success.
