Personal Assistant and Project Supervisor

We're seeking a talented and versatile personal assistant. Expected responsibilities will be to help manage a new Shopify-based art store and expand it. The ideal candidate will have a background in data analysis, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to engage with our target audience effectively.

**Primary Responsibilities**

Artist and Customer Coordination:

Manage communication with artists, coordinating fulfillment tasks
Update and maintain spreadsheets with order and inventory information
Handle customer inquiries and send order-related email s
Ensure smooth operations between artists, customers, and our Shopify store
Optimize workflows

Store Management:

Assist with day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, and future stores
Help optimize product listings, store layout, and user experience
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with artists and suppliers for restocking

General Support and Organization:

Manage personal and professional schedules, including appointment setting and calendar management
Handle travel arrangements and itinerary planning when necessary
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
Act as a point of contact, managing phone calls and email s
Coordinate meetings and take notes during important discussions
Help with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking

Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in using spreadsheets and managing data
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Ability to supervise

Desired Skills (not all are necessary):
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify and Amazon experience is a major plus)
Experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media marketing
Familiarity with graphic design tools for creating social media content
Basic understanding of SEO principles
SQL or other programming experience
Experience with analyzing data
Experience with email marketing campaigns
Knowledge of Minecraft culture and trends
