Corporate Events Coordinator

Work Set up: Hybrid (twice a week remote work and three times per week office based in Angeles, Clark, or Makati, Metro Manila Office)

Work Shift: Monday to Friday (Needs to be Flexible on Shifts)

As the Corporate Corporate Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various corporate events from small meetings to large-scale conferences and corporate retreats. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning and organizing corporate events such as conferences, meetings, and employee engagement activities
  • Managing events budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions
  • Developing event timelines and schedules, and overseeing event logistics
  • Coordinating with the internal teams to ensure that event objectives and requirements are met
  • Overseeing event setup, breakdown, and post-event evaluations
  • Managing event promotions and invitations
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional strategies for corporate events
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning and corporate hospitality

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, and Public Relations or related
  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in corporate event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal teams, vendors, and clients
  • Proficiency in event management software and Google Suite
  • Flexibility to work evenings as required by event schedules
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
