Are you passionate about Forex trading and have a talent for providing excellent customer service? TWU, a leading gold Forex signals provider, is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. We operate primarily through Telegram , offering exclusive trading signals to our clients. As part of our team, you will be responsible for customer support, assisting with sales inquiries, and supporting our trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer support via Telegram , answering inquiries from potential clients before they join our group.
Assist with sales inquiries, helping clients understand our services and guiding them through the process of joining our Telegram group.
Support the team with Forex trading tasks, using your knowledge to assist with trading decisions and signal analysis.
Communicate primarily in German with clients, but feel free to use translation tools.
Ensure timely and professional responses to client queries and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Requirements:

Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus but not mandatory (translation tools can be used).
Experience in Forex trading is essential, as you will support the team in this area.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client conversations.
