  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities
  • Welcome, acquire and invite guests to apply for NUSTAR Rewards membership.
  • Be knowledgeable and up to date with NUSTAR promotions and property amenities in order to address customer inquiries.
  • Perform account enrolment and maintenance in patron management system.
  • Accountable for correctness and confidentiality of guest information.
  • Receive customer disputes concerning Club card point reward system and complimentary amenities, based upon specific casino guidelines and the levels of play.
  • Escalate and coordinate for proper resolution of customer dispute, issues, and concerns to superiors and related departments. Likewise follow through to ensure fair and equitable resolutions are achieved.
  • Handle clerical and administrative tasks related to Rewards Club daily operations.
  • Attend daily team briefings and company or department-initiated trainings.
  • Comply with standard operating procedure, employee handbook, PAGGOR regulations and attend all mandatory compliance and training sessions.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.
  • Keep the Rewards counter or assigned workspace tidy and observing professional etiquette.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and hazard free work environment.

Qualifications
  • Possess good communication skills. Foreign language or dialect is a plus.
  • Team player and of good character.
  • Computer literate and advance knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Outgoing personality.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Holds good leadership qualities.
  • Must be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules.
  • One-Two (1-2) years’ experience. Experience in Casino industry is a plus.
