RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with client team to draft offer letters for new external candidates and transfer letters for internal candidates
Ensure that letters are generated promptly per the agreed process which includes verifying that all details match the system
Ensure that all details within the system are reconciled for accuracy and conduct reviews to identify if there are any discrepancies between systems; follow up with the client team to correct these as required
Manage employee data and ensure all information in the system is accurate
Focuses on the accurate and timely execution of requests from employees and clients
Manage employee files ensuring documents are scanned, indexed, and filed in correct file. Create new files and folders as necessary
Provide first level functional support to customers needing assistance OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Cyberpark Tower 1
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree holder
Open to fresh graduates
Excellent communication skills & customer service attitude essential
Must have effective time management skills to ensure duties are handled successfully, and works at minimal supervision
Computer skills including MS Office applications, prior experience in working in ticketing tools such as Salesforce, Workday are an advantage
