Our real estate company, based in California, is looking for a SKILLED AND EXPERIENCED All Around Virtual Assistant (VA) with US residential real estate admin experience as well as knowledge with Social Media and Cold Calling. We're seeking someone with excellent communication and organizational skills to help manage our CRM, conduct outreach, and enhance our social media presence.

**NOTE: we are not an investment real estate company. We are a Real Estate company that help homebuyers and home sellers find their place in the world.

Responsibilities:
*CRM Mgmt (Lofty) Organize and optimize our CRM, identifying and nurturing clients who are ready or soon will be ready to buy or sell. Ensure the system is up to date with client details, deal tracking, and team updates.
*Lead Communication & Cold Calling:- Make daily outbound calls (2 hours) using Mojo or Cole Realty dialers, reaching out to leads in the database, cold calling potential clients, and setting appointments.
*System Development: Design and implement workflows for key business operations, such as when deals enter escrow or are successfully closed.
-*Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content, including quick reels and posts that highlight local events or replicate viral trends. Manage our social media platforms to drive growth and increase followers.
*General Administration:Handle various admin tasks while developing efficient processes for smooth operations.

REQUIRED Skills and Experience:
*Real Estate CRM Knowledge: Specifically US Residential Properties -Proficiency with Lofty CRM for task management, lead tracking, and website updates. Experience in creating landing pages is a plus.
*ISA & Cold Calling Experience: Experience using Mojo or Cole Realty dialers for outbound calls and setting appointments.
*Communication Tools: Familiarity with Slack for team collaboration and communication.
*Social Media & Canva Proficiency:Able to design social media graphics, flyers, and presentations using Canva, and stay up to date with social media trends.
*Google Workspace Skills: Proficient in using Google tools for managing email s, documents, and workflows.
*CMA (Comparative Market Analysis): Basic understanding of CMAs, with training provided if necessary.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $4-6.00/hour (full -time/depending on skills)
Bonuses:Earn bonuses $$$$$ for every appointment set and for each successful closing!
