Job Description

Responsible for providing a variety of administrative services in WorkDay including processing of all employment actions, supporting recruitment, and onboarding efforts.

  • Processes new hire and termination to ensure database reflect current employee information.
  • Manages the input of transactional employee data into WorkDay.
  • Ensures the quality and accuracy of data in WorkDay.
  • Monitors the WorkDay and employee records to assure availability of complete and up-to-date records when needed.
  • Process data entry for regularization, and changes in salary, reporting structure as well as employee change of status.
  • Processes various forms related to documenting human resources such change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, exit interview, etc.
  • Generates reports on hiring trends, turnover rates, resignees’ feedback, active and terminated employees.
  • Contributes in the day-to-day efficient operation of HR Department.
  • Maintains employee 201 files necessary in the company wide audit (internal and external customer audit).
  • Acts as the focal person in Human Resources for any WorkDay-related matters.
  • Assist the HR Manager in data gathering and analysis.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Exhibits high level of attention to details and ability to self-audit especially as it pertains to daily data entry.
  • Effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize, work within assigned deadlines, and on cross-functional teams.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate basic working knowledge on HR laws, regulations, policies & procedures.
  • 2-5 years of HR administrative work experience
  • Graduate of at least 4-year college degree in Human Resources, Information Technology
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office environment with experience in HRIS (WorkDay), & SharePoint
