Lead Qualification Specialist (Full-Time)

We are a global migration law firm specializing in assisting clients worldwide in obtaining citizenship and residency permits. We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Lead Qualification Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified leads and assess their needs related to citizenship and residency services.
Engage potential clients in professional, clear, and informative conversations, gathering necessary details.
Input all relevant client information and call outcomes into our CRM system accurately and promptly.
Ensure follow-up actions are tracked and executed, including scheduling appointments or sending further information.
Maintain a high call volume, ensuring consistent and daily outreach efforts.
Requirements:

Must speak British or American English with absolutely no accent.
Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a call center role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage leads and track progress.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
