Job Description

  • Provide general legal support to the business operations of the Company, in close collaboration with the global legal team and the business.
  • Draft a broad range of customer contractsrelevant to the industryand support templates regular reviews.
  • Drive standardization and processes optimization.
  • Perform analysis on customer contracts for management info and control.
  • Support developing and delivering awareness trainings.
  • Maintain documents repository always up-to-date.

Qualifications

  • A law degree from a reputable university.
  • Member of the Philippine Bar in good standingis a plus.
  • Possess at least 2-years post-qualification experience, ideally gained in a reputable law firm and /or as in-house counsel.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to details.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including the ability to create, edit, and format documents efficiently.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Experience in software and/or banking industry.
