Account Manager

Role Overview:

The Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensure project delivery, and support sales initiatives. You will handle client communication, manage CRM updates, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are addressed.
• Maintain and update CRM systems (ClickUp), managing client data efficiently.
• Create and manage Statements of Work (SOW) during the Discovery phase.
• Participate in client calls and support project managers in communications.
• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and invoices while monitoring the sales pipeline.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Relationship Management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Experience in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly ClickUp, is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
