Position Summary
This position is within Acadia. Acadia is wholly owned by LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) and is part of its Post Trade division.
This Client Engagement Analyst role is part of Acadia's Client Engagement team. The focus of the role is to assisting newly signed clients with onboarding onto Acadia applications and working with existing clients to expand their usage of our applications.

This Client Engagement Analyst role is part of Acadia's Client Engagement team. The focus of the role is to assisting newly signed clients with onboarding onto Acadia applications and working with existing clients to expand their usage of our applications.
Role Responsibilities
- Work with sales to onboard clients for new work flows
- Support sales with demonstrating products
- Manage existing client onboarding projects
- Updating and creating agreements to support new products
- Maintaining client contact lists
- Updating Monday.com client profiles
- Second level support for client service
- Proficient in MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or similar
