Responsible for processing deals within an EME Region for the client, supporting the Deal Review Specialist. The process is focused on driving deals through a complex, internal approval and qualification process and ensuring compliance with client policies.
Provide sales process support to client teams, leadership, other internal operations teams and interfacing functional areas.
This position reports to Deal Review Senior Analyst / Deal Review Specialist Note that depending on your specific responsibilities you may also be aligned to and take direction from business leadership role(s).
Can support Accenture or other clients in the future. Primary responsibilities include:
Deal Desk Coordination of EME Deals: Process opportunities to ensure they are ready to go through the deal lifecycle, from review request to closure. Mailbox Management, responding to incoming Deal Requests in a timely manner. Preparing deal correspondence for Deal Review Specialist, highlighting actions and call outs. Providing attendance checklist to Deal Review Specialist on meeting attendees and chasing if/when required. Sending Diary invites for Qualification & Deal Review meetings. Process Deals for Re-approval as and when required, calling out and managing any Below Floor Approval requirements. Readiness check and prepare a deal for Closure, following a strict checklist. Providing outcomes to Deal Review Specialist. Process and send out approval requests for MSAs & NDAs.
Compliance Ensure compliance with appropriate policies/standard processes and support internal investigations of policy violations regarding contracts/deals as needed
Others Interact confidently with senior leadership within sphere of responsibility and under supervision. Provide feedback on operational processes. Be familiar with supporting tools and processes. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree holder
Must have at least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations
Knowledge of sales operations processes
