We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HOA Manager with experience in property management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Board of Directors. You will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations, handling resident and board requests, and ensuring smooth communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to requests from residents and board members in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend one monthly board meeting (virtually) to take notes and follow up on action items.
- Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with HOA regulations.
- Assist with property management tasks as needed.
- Maintain records and organize documentation related to property management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management and working with HOAs.
- Familiarity with Florida HOA rules and regulations is a MUST
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to attend one virtual board meeting per month.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
