Responsibilities

  • Review documents for accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Organize and maintain a central document repository for easy access.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather information and ensure document completeness.
  • Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Draft, review, and submit bids and proposals in response to project opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand project requirements and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to estimate project costs and develop pricing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of bids, contracts, and related documents.
  • Ensure bids meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in negotiations with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms
  • Prepare reports on bidding activity, outcomes, and lessons learned.
  • Identify risks and internal control weaknesses; propose improvements.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings; manage calendars.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Enter and update data in databases or spreadsheets.
  • Provide general administrative support to executives and team members as needed.
  • Note: Basically, the focus of the requirement is on Admin, Auditing, and Project Bidding.
