- Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Draft, review, and submit bids and proposals in response to project opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand project requirements and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to estimate project costs and develop pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, contracts, and related documents.
- Ensure bids meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in negotiations with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms
- Prepare reports on bidding activity, outcomes, and lessons learned.
- Identify risks and internal control weaknesses; propose improvements.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings; manage calendars.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Enter and update data in databases or spreadsheets.
- Provide general administrative support to executives and team members as needed.
- Note: Basically, the focus of the requirement is on Admin, Auditing, and Project Bidding.
