Your Task And Responsibilities

QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Collaborate with operations on corrective and preventive measures for detected items.
• Support S2P PI Operations with Internal and External audit requirements.
• Conduct KPI Reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with the Operations team on underperforming KPIs.
• Ensure timely execution of ICS controls, reporting activities, and management assessment.
• Review and maintain the Business Excellence Continuous Improvement tracker.
• Act as a contact point for S2P PI Operations on escalations and logged issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform analysis of logged items, propose initiatives, and drive Continuous Improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with necessary groups to ensure implementation and timely execution of initiatives.
  
  

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

• Support the implementation of S2P Process Invoice workstream activities related to Learning, Training, and Knowledge Management.
• Provide high-quality onboarding and refresher training for the end-to-end Process Invoice workstream.
• Identify improvement opportunities in knowledge management strategies and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure timely update, review, and maintenance of supporting documents and training materials, adhering to GPO and compliance requirements.
• Provide guidance on Knowledge Management tools and ensure regular alignment with other functions and workstreams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement strategies focusing on efficiency using LEAN methodologies.
  
  

Who You Are

• University Degree in Finance and Accounting, Commerce, or similar fields
• Good knowledge on Source to Pay function preferably Procurement Operations
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Green Belt Certification is a plus
• Ability to think strategically and plan and implement collaboratively
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Presentation skills
• Approachable with good collaboration and excellent communication skill
• Project Management and Stakeholder Management experience is a plus
