Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Morning Shift, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Location: Pasig City

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Dynatrace IT Service Monitoring Architect to lead the design, deployment, and management of advanced monitoring solutions across our IT environment. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting comprehensive observability and monitoring strategies using Dynatrace to ensure the optimal performance, availability, and reliability of mission-critical applications and infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements and scalability in dynamic, cloud-based, and on-prem environments.

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Dynatrace IT Service Monitoring Architect to lead the design, deployment, and management of advanced monitoring solutions across our IT environment. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting comprehensive observability and monitoring strategies using Dynatrace to ensure the optimal performance, availability, and reliability of mission-critical applications and infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements and scalability in dynamic, cloud-based, and on-prem environments.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the SME for Dynatrace
- Facilitate the definition of Business Services with respect to various IT services and apply best practices to configure service monitoring into Dynatrace
- Improve the service monitoring of existing systems already in Dynatrace - maximize the capability of the monitoring tool, refine the thresholds, anticipate blindspots, improve insight reporting
- Provide consulting services to the project teams and ensure best practices are applied for setting up monitoring of new applications that will be implemented in production
- Bachelor's Degree in any computing related program is required
- At least 5 years of experience setting up business service monitoring in Dynatrace
- Proven experience in performance monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of large-scale applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid cloud service monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with microservices, containerized applications, and serverless architectures.
- Dynatrace Professional or Advanced certifications are preferred.
- ITIL Foundation or relevant certification are preferred
