Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Manage and respond to customer emails and inquiries efficiently.
- TikTok Shops: Do administrative and outreach tasks for our TikTok Shop Affiliate program.
- Affiliate & B2B Outreach/Sales: Identify and contact potential affiliates and B2B partners to build relationships via Email and cold-calling.
- SEO: Keyword research, SEO strategies to rank for desired keywords (including use of tools like SEMRush), write and edit engaging blog posts that align with our brand’s voice.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work during EST hours
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience in customer support or e-commerce.
- Proven ability to create compelling content.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and B2B outreach is a plus.
