WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Track, file, encode, and report sales and expenses.
- Manage accounts payable, billing, and client invoices.
- Coordinate business compliance processes with accounting.
- Communicate with suppliers and oversee office maintenance.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of administrative and or/accounting experience.
- Knowledge in government benefits and compliance is highly preferred.
- Good written and verbal skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office especially in Word and Excel.
