Pre-selling industrial, commercial, office, leisure & residential lots & units in Metro Manila & around the Philippines under the Ayala Land Premier brand ranging from P25Mn to P1Bn

Job description

Client generation

Sales and Marketing of Ayala Land Premier products

Relationship and portfolio management

Support

Access to continuous training and real estate sales person licensure assistance

Access to admin, finance, legal, documentations, marketing, logistics support

Access to company cars and drivers for clients’ onsite oculars

Compensation

Monthly allowance depending on experience and performance (P13,500 to P34,500) plus commissions (average commission rate of 2%) and incentives (additional commission rates, cash incentives ie. P100,000 to P2Mn on top of commissions, travel incentives ie. 2023 incentive Finland, Paris, London, Edinburgh)

Annual quota of 8 units - minimum annual income of P4Mn based on 2% commission rate for minimum of 8 units at minimum value of P25Mn

Ideal applicants

Any gender

Fresh grad to 5yrs work experience

Sales experience preferred but not required

College graduate preferably from ADMU, DLSU, CSB, UA&P, UP, UST, Enderun

Bearing presentable / fit for brand

Substantial network preferred but not required

Resourceful

Disciplined

Motivated

Organized

Excellent communication and presentation skills
