Job Title: Mobilization and Onboarding Coordinator/ Processing Officer.
Job Location: Remote/ Work from Home.
Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a mobilization and Onboarding Coordinator. The Coordinator/ Processing Officer will be looking after the mobilization of the selected candidates to be deployed in GCC. Likewise, he/she will be responsible for coordinating between the offices and the client. Moreover, he/she must possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment, documentation, and onboarding process of new hires/ candidates
- Great knowledge about overseas recruitment or end-to-end recruitment
- Good Command of English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Can work under pressure and has strong organizational skills
- Microsoft Office Skills such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of HRIS or ERP
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Job Description:
- Responsible for keeping the candidates’ profiles updated and ensuring all details and relevant documents are correctly updated and uploaded to the ERP.
- Manage and coordinate with the offices for the requirements of the candidates ensuring all will be updated and uploaded in the ERP.
- Provide assistance to the Head Office Processing in editing documents, and updating Excel files required by the employer.
- Serves as a coordinator between the office and the client ensuring no delays to provide the necessary documents and updates proactively and accurately.
- Responsible for managing the assigned accounts/ client’s processing professionally and guaranteeing smooth processing and onboarding.
- Manage the entire process from offer letter issuance, documentation, & onboarding aiming to deploy as per the expected timeline.
- Monitor emails and onboarding of candidates at all times.
- Supports in preparing and monitoring demand letters/ job orders.
- Initiate learning new process/ mobilization, if required.
- Supports the BDs/ Consultants with their requirements by providing the current processing/ mobilization updates, if needed.
- Report any issues or irregularities that may affect the mobilization and onboarding of candidates to the HO Processing Head or the management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the HO Processing Head and the Management.
