Production Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for the oversight, coordination and planning of daily production activities to ensure uninterrupted supply, and delivery of product to our customers on time. Enhances efficiencies in operations, while ensuring that it follows the safety standard.

Responsibilities

• Handles the workforce planning, hiring, training, development, work allocation, and performance of the team member.
• Leads to meet the target production in a timely and efficient production schedule.
• Supervises, coordinates and monitors plant activities to include the maintenance of equipment.
• Provide resolution to the equipment failures through determining the cause.
• Performs daily inspections on the plant
• Ensures conformance with policies and procedures, safety regulations, and local, State and Federal laws and regulations.
• Ensures proper documentation of operations activities in logs and/or incident reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree preferably Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Chemical, or Mining Engineering graduate
• At least five (5) years in Cement Operation or any related industry; At least two (2) years in Supervisory capacity
• Knowledge on Process Equipment Operation
• Willing to be assigned in Bataan and Pampanga
• Can start immediately
