Position Description

We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) freelance contractor to join our client as a Paid Media Buyer. The ideal candidate will take ownership of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Paid Social and Paid Search for a portfolio of lower-mid market B2B clients.

In this role, you will work with 10 B2B clients, each utilizing Google Ads, Facebook , and LinkedIn in different ways. You will be responsible for driving business objectives by creatively managing smaller paid media budgets and making the most out of available resources. You will lead campaign strategies, performance optimizations, and reporting to ensure client goals are met.

Collaboration with other internal teams (email /automation, content, design) is essential to align strategies and optimize results. Experience in the B2B space is a must, as well as a track record of successful paid media campaign management.

About the work

• Manage and optimize Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns for lower-mid market B2B clients
• Oversee a portfolio of 10 B2B clients using Google Ads, Facebook , and LinkedIn for paid media efforts
• Develop and execute creative strategies to maximize smaller paid media budgets
• Continuously optimize campaigns to meet business objectives, focusing on cost-efficiency and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams (email /automation, content, design) to align on strategies and ensure cohesive marketing efforts
• Attend internal meetings to discuss objectives and report on campaign performance
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign outcomes
• Extensive B2B experience required for successful campaign management and client relations

Boxes to check:
• In-depth experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• At least 3-4 years of experience as a Paid Media Buyer running ads independently
• Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and tracking to assess campaign success.
• Experience with B2B clients is required
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills for both internal collaboration and client-facing interactions
• Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt strategies based on performance data

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
