REQUIREMENTS:

> Proven expertise in Online Marketing
> Reliable technical knowledge (e.g. building Squarespace landing pages, building and scheduling campaigns in ConvertKit email software)
> Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook , Instagram, X, Youtube, LinkedIn)
> Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
> Experience with general business software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, DocHub)
> Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
> Excellent time management and organization skills

ABOUT THE POSITION:

> Part-time Marketing Virtual Assistant position
> 10 hours per week preferred (can be flexible on number of hours and on work schedule)
> Technical marketing tasks (Squarespace, course platforms)
> Email marketing scheduling and tracking (ConvertKit)
> Landing page creation and monitoring (Squarespace, course platforms and ConvertKit)
> Product and course related marketing tasks (Squarespace, course platforms and ConvertKit)
> Social media marketing post creation, scheduling, and management (Canva)
> SEO monitoring and optimization
> Brand promotion and press networking
> Document operating procedures and then follow those procedures if needed
> Other general VA tasks

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

> Pay weekly
> I pay bonuses for excellent work
