Job Overview: The HR Administrator is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. This role involves collaborating with various departments to meet staffing needs, sourcing and selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding new employees through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks like Workable, Seek and LinkedIn.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and create shortlists of qualified candidates for further evaluation.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and the organization.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Book medical, for training, and other appointments for employees.
  • Conducts thorough and comprehensive background checking.
  • Manage the collection and verification of all necessary documentation, such as pre-employment requirements, employment contracts and identification.
  • Record data for each employee including such information as addresses, allowances, change of conditions, and termination advice.
  • Maintain and update trackers to ensure accurate and real-time data is reflected in all reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as HR Administrator or similar role catering end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Direct or transferrable skills and experience with Energy, Marine, Project Office administration and coordination.
  • Good experience with global ERP, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and other booking systems as well as Microsoft Suite Applications.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word with advanced administrative skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work with multiple and strict deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be willing to report onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
