Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily activities. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Post job vacancies on appropriate job boards and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Conduct reference checks and prepare employment contracts.
Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
Assist in resolving employee concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:

Ensure all HR practices comply with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
Update and implement HR policies and procedures as needed.
Assist in training staff on HR policies and legal requirements.
Performance Management:

Support the performance appraisal process.
Help identify training and development needs of employees.
General Support:

Coordinate with international HR teams to align HR practices.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within an international or remote setting.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Familiarity with HR software and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
