Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Officer (Compensation & Benefits and Recruitment) in Pampanga. The HR Officer responsibilities include
- Managing the Human Resources Information System
- Providing inputs for payroll, conducting job analysis and job evaluation
- Updating salary structure and addressing inconsistencies, ensuring compliance to government and labor standards
- Facilitating the availment of employee benefits
- Developing and implementing employee benefit plans/programs
- Developing a recruitment plan with recruitment strategies to improve the hiring process
- Sourcing potential candidates and conducting preliminary job interviews and background checks
- Facilitating the placement and onboarding process of new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- Certifications in HR practices or related areas are a plus
