Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Officer (Compensation & Benefits and Recruitment) in Pampanga. The HR Officer responsibilities include

  • Managing the Human Resources Information System
  • Providing inputs for payroll, conducting job analysis and job evaluation
  • Updating salary structure and addressing inconsistencies, ensuring compliance to government and labor standards
  • Facilitating the availment of employee benefits
  • Developing and implementing employee benefit plans/programs
  • Developing a recruitment plan with recruitment strategies to improve the hiring process
  • Sourcing potential candidates and conducting preliminary job interviews and background checks
  • Facilitating the placement and onboarding process of new hires.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • Certifications in HR practices or related areas are a plus
