We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing admin aspects of client files, following up on required information, and ensuring high-quality communication and compliance.

You will play a key part in supporting our clients through the Credit Repair / Insolvency process by handling specific client inquiries, follow up requests for information and various other administration duties.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team, all while maintaining strict confidentiality and upholding company standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Review and follow up on client files, ensuring all required information and documentation, including Privacy Consent Forms, are completed.
• Manage client communication through email and calls, providing updates and addressing necessary actions.
• Update client files by adding new matters and listings once existing issues have been resolved.
• Handle and action email s from Customer Care, Credit Repair and Validation inboxes, adhering to company standards.
• Handle and action Online Chat with our Clients answering specific questions about their file and providing updates
• Draft and manage correspondence with clients and creditors, including initial letters and court documents if required.
• Maintain accurate documentation, manage caseloads, and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
