Los Angeles, California based Kid’s Dance and Party Entertainment Company seeking a fun, smart, energetic Social Media Manager and Website Designer/SEO Content Manager. You would also be an Administrative Assistant if you are looking for Full Time Work. This position will lend support to the Director’s of the company in a variety of areas, You will have the opportunity to be directly involved in supporting and upholding the growth and flow of a multi-faceted small business. At least 1 year of College completed.

Should be proficient in:
Wix, Canva, Flodesk, SEO, Keyword research Google Analytics, Hootsuite/Buffer or something similar, Graphic Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Customer Service Skills, Digital Marketing, Great Organization Skills, Blog Posting, Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Threads, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook Ads,

Other skills needed if interested in a full time position which includes being an Administrative Assistant to the 2 Directors:
Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Powerpoint, Quickbooks, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Email Management, Data Entry- Making rosters, flyers, registration forms (following our templates). Good phone skills. Make calls/emails to potential school clients.?

Responsibilities:
-Developing strategies: Creating plans to increase followers, audience participation, and brand awareness using engaging good content.
-Implementing these strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
-Must have an eye for social media trends and know how to engage the company’s followers.
-Creating and managing content: Producing articles, blogs, stories, videos, and reels on Instagram, FB, TikTok, and Threads and --Updating our company’s website in WIX, creating graphics to be used on site.?
-Coordinating updates: Keeping social media channels up to date.
-Responding to feedback: Responding to comments, discussions, and customer feedback. Managing interactions with followers
-Analyzing data: Using analytics to identify trends and patterns that can help optimize campaigns.
-Communicating effectively: Understanding the audience and relating to them.
-Being creative: Using creative vision and good taste to make social media visually appealing
-Engaging with the community: Following like-minded businesses, liking and commenting on their posts, and responding to comments on their own posts. Making sure to engage with right target audience.
-Create a social media marketing plan. Maintaining a social calendar as part of the larger social media marketing plan to align all campaigns with business objectives. (Campaign planning)
-Identify trends among customer interactions to help plan digital campaigns that build brand loyalty.
-Must know copywriting, strategy, design, as well as understand analytics, data and be able to learn tools quickly.
-Engaging with the audience on daily basis no matter what day is it. Checking the stats of posts/reels next day- did it perform well, did the hashtags strategy worked, the alt text strategy.
-Create Newsletters once a week to be email ed to clients with our current discounts, deals, specials, or events and photos.
-Creating exciting on brand ads for the ad campaigns.
