Requirements:
• Candidates with at least 1 year BPO experience
• Candidates with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Candidates with basic proficiency in spoken and written English
• Candidates with positive attitude and willingness to learn & improve communication skills
• Comfortable with technology like MS office applications and internet browsing
• Must be able to work in any of our sites
