Job Profile: Telemarketer / Model Booker Home Office (B2B)

About Us:?We are an internationally operating modeling agency that collaborates with companies and creative professionals worldwide. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for experienced telemarketers from the Philippines who will work from home and help us acquire new B2B clients and build long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities:
* B2B Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls with potential business clients to present our services and establish long-term business relationships.
* Identify and qualify business opportunities within the modeling and creative industries.
* Build sustainable client relationships through regular follow-ups and client care.
* Sales Presentations: Persuasively present the benefits of our services, tailored to the client’s specific needs and requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and management of client projects.
* Document and manage sales activities and client information in CRM systems.

Requirements:
* Experience in B2B Cold Calling: At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B cold calling or sales, with a focus on cold calling. Experience in selling to businesses and building corporate client relationships is required.
* Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally by providing KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue growth, or generated leads.
* Excellent English Skills: Fluent, accent-free, and melodic English that is easy to understand. Your voice should convey professionalism while being friendly and pleasant.
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to argue convincingly and conduct professional sales conversations, with a strong understanding of sales psychology.
* Independence and Motivation: Ability to work independently and organize your time. High self-motivation to work effectively in a home office environment without direct supervision.
* Technical Requirements: Stable internet connection, computer or laptop, and a quiet home office setup. Experience with using CRM systems and communication software is essential.
* Time Management: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple clients and sales processes simultaneously.

Preferred:
* Experience in the fashion, creative, or event industries, with a good understanding of dynamic international markets.
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
