What are we looking for?
Skills Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Support Executive or similar role.
- Experience with Autotask PSA or other Professional Services Automation tools
- Familiarity with IT products and services, including laptops, desktops, and Surface Pro devices
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to show understanding and patience in communicating with Clients and other staff members.
- Demonstrated highly effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Proficient use of computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Run Book Quotes Management an dDelivery- Prepare and manage quotes for standard laptop, desktop, and Surface Pro devices.
- Licensing and Warranty Renewals- Track and manage software licensing and warranty renewal schedules. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely renewals and procurement of licenses
- Client Contracts Management- Ensure contracts are compliant with company policies and client requirements.
- Sales Support- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients and the sales team
- Customer Experience- Respond to and resolve issues and escalations with patience, respect, and professionalism.
- Operational style, integrity and ethics- Sharing knowledge and information to improve business processes and enhance client relationships. High attention to detail is a must.
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested
