This position offers an opportunity to contribute to significant infrastructure projects while collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of substation projects from conception through completion.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to optimize project outcomes.
  • Review and approve technical specifications, designs, estimation and engineering documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to select appropriate materials and equipment.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering and substation design.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional Electrical Engineering license.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in substation design and delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, grid operations, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools (eg, AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB).
  • Willing to report to the Makati head office full time.
