Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:
Enter data from invoices into Datev Unternehmen Online.
Match payments to invoices and update financial records.
Input payments into our liquidity planning tool, Commitly.
Assist with other bookkeeping-related tasks as required.

Training Provided:
Don’t worry if you’re unfamiliar with Datev Unternehmen Online, SevDesk, or Commitly—we will provide all necessary training.

Work Hours:
Part-time, 5 hours per week, with flexible working hours.
Opportunity to increase hours and responsibilities in the future.

Salary:
$5/hour.

Skills and Qualifications:

Languages:
Fluency in German and English is essential.

Experience:
Prior bookkeeping experience is not required—this is an excellent opportunity for beginners looking to build skills.
