Responsibilities
- Provide stellar customer service in English, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

- Conduct comprehensive research on business-related topics and market trends
- Assist with Shopify store management, including basic updates and maintenance
- Contribute to SEO optimization efforts to enhance online visibility
- Handle diverse administrative tasks, supporting smooth business operations
- Potentially create basic graphics using Canva for various business needs
- Adapt to evolving business needs, taking on new challenges as they arise
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, French is a plus
