Role Description

The Retail Operations Head will oversee the overall sales strategy and operations for the retail division, directly managing two Retail Sales Managers—one focused on outbound sales and the other on inbound sales. This role is crucial in driving sales growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience across both channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve overall sales targets.
  • Lead and mentor the Retail Sales Managers to enhance team performance and drive sales initiatives.
  • Oversee sales operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional strategies and sales campaigns.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction across both outbound and inbound sales teams.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on sales efforts.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or operations, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Proven experience leading teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail sales strategies and customer relationship management.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
