  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview

SOS is an Australian-owned BPO with branches in Makati and Cavite, looking to hire a Web Developer to join the pioneering team in the Philippines for our client, a multinational Digital Agency. The successful candidate must be willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver at least 5-10 web-based projects for our clients, potentially comprised of:
  • Robust, visually stunning websites (utilising Next.js with a headless CMS such as Sanity.io)
  • Wordpress websites
  • eCommerce stores in Shopify
  • Supporting updates and making recommendations on our legacy projects where possible, that utilize tech stacks such as: WordPress/PHP, AWS, Sitecore.
  • Contribute to DevOps, including code reviews, infrastructure, security, deployment, release management
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication and mentorship skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • Minimum 5 years of work proven experience in a development role, preferably in the creative tech space
  • Prior experience working within an agency environment
  • Strong work ethic driven by creative passion, positive energy and thrives on challenges
  • Must have excellent English communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong experience working in different tech stacks, predominantly with HTML, CSS, JS, React and Next.js. Any experience with WordPress/PHP, AWS or Sitecore would also be beneficial.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira and Confluence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Self-starter in daily tasks; works well independently and as part of the team.
  • Full time onsite work at Makati office.
