Client Overview:
*This client has her doctorate, is a DEI advisor, and is a consummate professional. She is looking for an administrative assistant who is professional and understands automation and integration to help them set up their systems.

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work 9am-5pm Eastern Time (US)
*Must have administrative assistance experience
*Must have strong technical skills with experience in managing integrations and automation
*Must understand and can think through automation/integrations and how they work together or consult with the team to get help with this
*Must have polished maturity, professionalism, and discernment while engaging with clients (Must understand and know what to say and how to say it when engaging with clients)
*Must be a strategic thinker and a problem solver
*Must have super high attention to detail
*Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
*Must be super organized
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Must have Microsoft Office with some proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Software tools used by the client:
*Squarespace
*Zapier
*Honeybook
*Zoom
*QuickBooks
*Microsoft Office
*Canva

Responsibilities/Tasks:
*Facilitate the integration and automation of systems: Honeybook, QuickBooks, Zapier, Zoom, and Squarespace (the VA can ask the Rhino Squad community for help and guidance with this)
*Help set up the office to scale
*Spearhead the automation of processes to close gaps and enhance workflow efficiency
*Engage and communicate with clients with utmost discernment, maturity, and professionalism
*Establish automated notetaking for meeting minutes and ensure the minutes are uploaded to client CRM systems
*Manage calendars and schedules meticulously and accurately
*Handle travel arrangements
*Monitor and manage processes for all certifications
*Order supplies, materials, and other assets for the office and or exhibitor engagements
*Light bookkeeping/accounts payable and accounts receivable
*Assist the team with presentation updates and edits via PowerPoint and Canva
*Contract administration
*Interface with client CPA accountant monthly.
*Help set up various client profiles, onboarding materials, and communications
