Looking for Tech Support to be part of ourgrowing team! Applicant must be living in Cebu and have no problem with working on-site.
This position will provide hardware, software, and networking support. Tea m me mbers will respond to email s, chats, or phone calls from customer questions.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Basic computer skills
- Must have basic knowledge of LAN and WiFi setups.
- Troubleshooting skills
- Must have Customer Service and Customer Relations skills.
- Proficient in English, verbal and written (A MUST, no way around it).
- Good work ethic with the ability to always be learning.

This is full-time employment and a hybrid work set-up (Mon-Thu office and Fri remote).
Working US day hours which is PH night or graveyard shift.
