Our US-based client, a premier multiline claims services provider, is looking for Allied Healthcare

Professionals to be part of their team at their first Philippine-based site. The role will provide

administrative support to Case Management (CM) and clients for workers’ compensation (WC).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming case management referrals received through email
  • Review service instructions in the GB system to determine case management vendor
  • Send email referral to correct vendor for processing
  • Handling protected health information consistent with department and company policies andregulatory requirements
  • Attend training/educational classes as appropriate
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year allied healthcare course
  • At least 1 year of experience in US Healthcare
  • Experience in Workers’ Compensation preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be proficient in decision-making, problem-solving, and time management
  • A typing speed of at least 45 WPM preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and general computer literacy
  • Willing to work any assigned shift during a work week in Makati City
