Role Description

This is a full-time remote role working in a fast paced team executing day to day activities related to APAC Customer Service operations - Order Entry Processing, Customer Purchase Order Entry, Status of Order, arranging dispatch, freight and Order Tracking, fulfilling task for sales team all with a bias for Excellent Customer Service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration.
  • 5 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles.
  • Having a background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and in any of the following digital skills (VBA Macros, Netsuite scripting, Power BI) is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required;
  • Experience in 3PL communication & freight coordination.
  • Previously worked for an Australia business - nice to have.

Characteristics

  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills - will require some phone based task.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Leadership skills and track record in developing & leading people.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively lead from a remote setting.
  • Experience in managing complex Business Transformations & establish procedures.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English; Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and have strong administrative skills.
